Rosewood is one of my favorite restaurants, not only in UB but overall across other places I’ve lived in. The dishes are creative, delicious and consistent in quality - a rarity in Mongolia. I love that they change up their menu often and use locally sourced ingredients. Highly recommend their pork steaks, lemonades and cocktails.My only criticism is that the appetizers usually don’t arrive before the main dishes. If you don’t mind your order arriving at once, it’s all good.

Really good Italian food here. Steak and sandwiches are also good. Best brunch in UB, too. It's a favorite of local expats, so be prepared to run into familiar faces. Loved food there, pizza was wonderful, Caesar too. Too many people can be noisy sometimes, but its worth it.

Nice place to visit. They have western style service the waitresses wait on you unlike typical Mongolian restaurants. Many Euro people's come to this location. It serves fresh quality food. Mediterranean and western nice place Spacious too! Portions are good. It's a nice place!

A nice place, open early for breakfast. I had the red pepper omelet, and it was delicious, as were the roasted crispy potatoes. The prices are very reasonable, too.

Beautiful ambience and decor. Very awesome and delicious food. Service is excellent. Price is also affordable. Food quality is very good. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Hospitality is warm. Location of the restaurant is very good. I enjoyed a lot and recommend the place highly.

Fantistic restaurant and well worth the money! Had the seafood chowder for starter it was a little too salty but the taste was good, and the croutons were a nice touch. The proscuitto crudo pizza was fantastic, and went we with the Sengur draft beer. For desserts, the espresso cream was very special. However the New York cheesecake was just OK, as it didn't felt as creamy or rich as a cheesecake should be. Overall a very enjoyable meal, will definitely be back for more!

Hands down the best Western/American fusion restaurant in UB. I spent 3 weeks in UB and ate here at least 7 times. The main chef, Cliffe, is awesome and his sous chef is just as good. Ted was out server most of the time and this guy has got to be one of the best servers in the world....polite, attentive, and always anticipating what you may need. The food is great here, felt like eating at home, and the prices are pretty low compared to the US...probably 1/3 to 1/2 the price! PARKING: They have a driveway/road that fits about 10-12 cars, I usually found parking there or there is street parking.

Awesome place. Missed that final star because of one energetic fly (kept me pretty busy). The selections for breakfast where great...even heard reggae music! Seems like there's even a meeting room (saw a mounted projector in a section). Spacious layout. Clean bathroom. Will return!

I love the Rib Eye Steak there..but sadly NOT available everyday. They even have TWO menus which with it and without it..I hope I can get it everytime I visit there.

I had the bone marrow appetizer and carrots and rice for dinner this evening. The marrow was delicious, a lot of food for a starter. The rice and carrots was good, but a bit too bogged down by vinegar for my taste. The texture was really great though!

Got renovated and looks so much better now. Best breakfast in town. Actually one of the few ones.

Consistently great food and service. Living as an expat in Ulaanbaatar, this is my most frequented restaurant. The staff never skip a beat, the brunch menu is the best in Ulaanbaatar by a country mile. Lunch & dinner menus are also very well thought out with vegetarian options, gluten free meals & of course a sizeable amount of beef options for the carnivore. The new dessert menu is awesome 😉. From salads, beef short ribs, hearty clam chowder soup to beef cheeks served with mashed potato, Rosewood has you covered.

Great food, good prices and excellent service! It's our 3rd visit and we intend on coming here again! Pizza was very good. We also had a salad.. the portion was big and it was sufficient for 2! Highly recommended.

Amazing food that is straight bang for your buck well tugrug but has fine quality materials and alcohol.

Great Brunch especially the Breakfast Mimosa

Rosewood is a fantastic place to visit whether you are a local or a tourist. With a stellar brunch menu featuring bottomless mimosas and chef inspired breakfast dishes to appetizing lunch and dinner options, it is a great spot to come on a weekend. Additionally, the wine and cocktail selection is on the better side for Ulaanbaatar restaurants, bars, and lounges offering a nice diversity for nearly all tastes and moods. Quite possibly one of our all time favorite restaurants. Rosewood came highly recommended to us and it didn't dissapoint. The food is delicious and so inventive. The menu changes and every dish we have ordered is mouthwatering. The service is second to none and the environment is swanky yet comfortable. Thanks for creating this wonderful food oasis. we will surely be back for more!

A restaurant with good food! I enjoyed the T-bone steak, it's really good! The Spaghetti Carbonara had a bit to much peper, which made it a bit spicy. Good service and friendly people

A proper nice and tasty margheritta pizza, nice environment, english speaking is a plus :) also main dishes and sides are good and come in good portions. Reccommended!

Food is great and ambience is cosy and comfortable. However, service could be better and price is on the steeper side. Nothing too fantastic, better restaurants in the vicinity in my personal opinion.

Prices are not less expensive than expected (I would say, it's fair prices) and pizzas are good. The others dishes are well prepared.

The restaurant where freshly fermented Kombucha is served in my eyes doesn't deserve anything less as five stars. But I have to admit that pumpkin soup and half of the chicken with the crunchy skin were perfect too. Especially the vegetables the chicken was lying on.

Came in for the hummus and roasted cauli appetizer and they did a good job. I've wanted hummus so bad and tried it at Loving Huts but it was bland. 4 stars because appetizer had a mayo like sauce on top which I didn't like. Would come back another time for hummus, but I will order it without the mayo 😁

They do not know how to make a bloody Mary. Your recipe omits two classic ingredients of a Bloody Mary: Worcestershire sauce and Tobasco sauce. I am from New York where the Bloody Mary originated. Your recipe is deficient. You can do better.

One of the best places in town. Such good food. They also have gender neutral bathroom!!!!

Monday latish (2:00pm) lunch. About half busy, maybe less. I was there for the roasted bone marrow but as their menu states "we practice holistic butchery and some cuts may not be available" I asked if they would split a pizza topping. No dice. I ordered a margherita pizza and a cob salad to even it to a net zero meal. The salad was huge and was beautifully presented as it filled the plate, a small dressing bowl accompanied it. I like to dress my own salad, and the dressing was very well ballanced, many overdo the vinegar. Not here. The pizza I thought was a 7.5/10. A solid performance and I'd eat it again but not the best. A little heavy on the cheese for my liking, the sauce was good but needed a touch of sweetness, a bit more basil please but the dough was very nice. Crisp almost cracker like around the cornicione, and soft toasted pita like base. Yum. I definitely will recommend and intend on going again if there weren't so many places to eat out in UB. Thanks😊

This is definitely my favorite restaurant in UB 😍 I've been a long-time fan since they opened; the quality, flavour and menu options have all been so consistently delicious!

Service, atmosphere, food 🌞

Service was great. Food reasonably priced and we'll cooked. Decent drinks selection. Good for individuals, couples and families.

Only came for brunch but wish I had been in Ulanbataar longer to try dinner. Great service. Very good coffee. Excellent chocolate chip cookies. Delicious omelet and egg sandwich. Pretty restaurant. Highly recommend.
